SkillSelect – Independent / Nomination (Subclass 189, 190)
The General Skilled Migration (Australia) offered by the Australian Government is aimed at attracting skilled professionals to Australia.
Visa applicants must be skilled professionals and/or trade persons that can make an immediate positive impact to the Australian economy.

Spouse / De-facto / Prospective Marriage (Subclass 300, 309, 820, 801)
If you are overseas and in a relationship with an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident, you may be eligible to join your partner through this visa category, via Partner Migration Program.
The Australian Partner Migration Program is designed to allow Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents to sponsor an overseas partner to migrate to Australia.
To be considered for Australian Partner Migration Program, applicants must be either married, engaged to, or in a de-facto ongoing and genuine relationship with the sponsoring Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Contributory / Aged Parent (Subclass 143, 173, 864, 884)
If you have a child in Australia who is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, you may be eligible to migrate or temporarily stay in Australia.
Eligible overseas parents include adoptive and step-parents.
